The short version is it's pretty much all on my Itch, but if you want some more details:
Games
I'm particularly proud of my games released for The Confounding Calendar, a project for small one-screen puzzle games released advent calendar-style throughout December:
And I've done a few other game jam games and experiments:
- Meticulous Microbes, a jam game about placing stuff in a grid
- Boarding Zone, a small jam game about collecting letters
- The Word Merchants, a jam game about wordplay
- Garden of the Compass Rose, a jam game about exploring a maze
- Bow Bird's Mine Ride, a small (non-puzzle) jam game about riding in a minecart shooting at stuff
- Check For Traps, a puzzle platformer about keeping an eye out for traps
- Sokoban Forest, a very small in-joke for Sokoban fans
- Safari Logic, a mostly non-interactive logic puzzle about tracking a route
- Snequarium, a non-interactive experiment with Godot
- Alchemy Simulator 2022, another experiment with Godot and a relatively simple puzzle
Puzzles
Over the years, I've written a bunch of puzzlehunt-style puzzles: puzzles without instructions, where the goal is to figure out what's going on and get to an answer. (If you've never heard of this, here's a doc with some basic concepts.) However, they were all for specific one-off events, so they'd take a time machine for anyone else to experience. I've started getting some of them archived in a form that's more conducive to replay:
- Greg's Puzzlehunt Puzzle Pack, some PDF puzzles from various years of the Microsoft Puzzlehunt.
- The Word Merchants was originally an in-person puzzle with live actors and physical objects. (And then I remade it for a game jam, which is why it's in here twice. :)
